Previously serving as the team chaplain for the NFL's Chicago Bears, Teddy developed a passion for helping high-performing individuals strengthen the person behind their performance, recognizing that achievement and personal fulfillment don't always grow at the same pace. He continues to serve professional athletes, front-office personnel, and executive leaders through transformational coaching, mentorship, and spiritual direction.
His work focuses on developing the person behind the performance, helping high-performing individuals navigate the pressures of success, strengthen their identity beyond their accomplishments, and develop the mindset, character, and capacity to thrive in every area of life.
Today, he serves as an Executive Leader at Change Church under the leadership of Dr. Dharius Daniels, helping develop leaders, strengthen organizational culture, and equip the next generation.
His work also extends into executive coaching, organizational leadership, and personal transformation through Dharius Daniels Enterprises and the Daniels Coaching Group.
As founder of Empowerment Anywhere, Teddy remains committed to helping people experience meaningful spiritual growth and transformation beyond the walls of traditional ministry.

Beyond every title, achievement, and accomplishment, Teddy’s greatest joy and most meaningful role is being a proud father to his daughter, Cameron, and his son, Jayce.
